Infinix Hot 10 Play Announced With Helio G25, Big Battery, Big Display

Infinix has expanded its Hot 10 series with the announcement of Inifinix Hot 10 Play. The Hot 10 Play announced after the Infinix Hot 10 and Hot 10 Lite launched last year. Going by the handset – It is running on XOS 7.0 based on Android 10 (Go Edition) OS and powered by MediaTek Helio G25 chipset. It has two key features that might grab the attention of the budget segment consumers. The big battery 6000mAh and the big display 6.82, 2GB RAM are quite enough to satisfy basic needs.

Infinix Hot 10 Play Price and availability

Currently, the handset launched at the Philippines while available via e-retail Lazada cross the country. The company brought the handset in a single memory storage option configured at 2GB+32GB. Besides, the handset also available in two colour options to choose from Aegean Blue and Morandi Green. As far as the price goes the retail unit has been priced at PHP 4290 (around ₹6500). There is no word regarding the availability of the handset in the International market.

Features & Specs

The handset has been built around in 171.8 x 78 x 8.9 mm dimension with plastic body. While at the upfront, the handset has an HD+ resolution LCD technology display of size 6.82 inch diagonal with a waterdrop notch on the top. Beneath the notch, there is a room for an 8MP selfie camera sensor. At the rear, the handset sports a rectangular-shaped camera module with dual camera setup and an LED flashlight built into it. The sensors are of a 13MP main camera sensor and an auxiliary unspecified camera sensor. Just below the module, the fingerprint scanner can be seen as well.

The handset under the hood has been powered by the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC. Further, the SoC combined with 8XCortex-A53 CPU cores at 2.0GHz clock speed while processed in a 12nm architecture. Furthermore, it bundled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU at 650MHz clock speed and up 4GB RAM. However, the 4GB RAM variant did not make its appearance in the Philipines. The system on the handset runs on Inifinix’s XOS 7.0 OS based on Android 10 Go-Edition, while it has been fueled by a 6000mAh battery with regular 10W charging speed support.

As far as the connectivity options are concerned, the handset has 4G LTE & Wi-Fi connectivity. While the rest connectivity option includes a USB 2.0 port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0 and other required sensors.
