It is not hidden that HMD Global Nokia always delayed in launching current technology on its phones. Let’s say Nokia 7.2 features Qualcomm’s 660 processor and runs on Android 9 which is pretty outdated. A source suggested that Nokia to introduce a budget 5G phone under €399 could be seen in Q4 2020 as Nokia 7.3 5G.
However, the name is not confirmed yet but potentially be 7.3 5G. The phone could have 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage for the base variant. Targeted to cover a wide range of populations at a lower price.
What we can expect from Nokia 7.3 5G?
It may be a spin-off Nokia 7.2 for sure with lesser features but 5G support. The present Nokia 7.2 powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC, that definitely be updated. While considering the price these things could remain the same. Including 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM, 20MP selfie camera, 6.3″ inches FHD+ PureView display, 3.5mm Audio jack USB Type-C support. The update could include ring-shaped Quad Camera setup additional of 5MP macro photography lens, Wi-Fi 6, LTE Cat 19, and 4500mAh battery.
The source also mentioned the launch of Nokia 5.3 and 8.3 5G, 5.3 should be coming at the end of May or early in July. It will be available for the selective markets to battle against the COVID19 loss which HMD Global Nokia has faced.
The Nokia 5.3 featuring Qualcomm’s octa-core processor Snapdragon 665, ring-shaped triple camera, Android 11, and said to have a much bigger size batter. We have to wait until the official launch. While there’s no update on 8.3 5G it could be seen at the end of July.
