In China, 5G ready phones became a new trend among the tech giants. Meanwhile, OPPO has silently launched a mid-range 4G smartphone in the country. While the tech giants are competing against each other to bring the most affordable 5G phone. In the most affordable 5G phone race the Realme is ahead of the competitors. Recently, Realme had launched the Realme V3 5G which is under the price tag of CNY 1000 (around ₹10,700). Meanwhile, the OPPO has silently rebagged the recently launched OPPO A53 which dubbed as OPPO A32 in China. Earlier, the OPPO A53 was launched in India and in Indonesia. It is really surprising to see such innovative tech giants rebagging their phones instead of focusing on the next big thing.

OPPO A32 Price and availability
The phone is scheduled to go on sale on September 15 in China. While the company offers the phone in two storage variant configured in 4GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB. Both of the models offer three colour options to choose from Mint Green, Gloss Black, and the Fantasy Blue. The base model is priced at CNY 1,199 (around ₹12,900/$176) the 4GB+128GB model for sure. Whereas, the top model is priced at CNY 1,499 (around ₹16,100/$220) the 8GB+128GB model for sure.
Features and Specifications
Upfront, the phone is built around an HD+ resolution IPS display of size 6.5″ inch with a punch hole at the top left corner. Besides, the screen has 90Hz refresh rate support and a 20:9 aspect viewing experience. Beneath the punch hole, there we have an 8MP selfie camera sensor. Around the back, there you have an array of tripe camera sensors along with the LED flash and the biometric scanner. The sensors are a 13MP main sensor, 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
Under the hood, there we have an octa-core system from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 460 SoC. The SoC configured in 4XKyro 240 Gold at 1.8GHz & 4XKyro 240 Silver at 1.6GHz CPU cores fabricated in the 11nm process. Besides, it bundled with Adreno 610 GPU and 8GB RAM alongside the 128GB onboard storage. The system on the phone runs on ColorOS 7.2 UI based on Android 10. While it fueled by a 5000mAh battery that draws power through a USB Type-C cable with 18W charging mechanism.
At the connectivity side, the phone has dual SIM 4G LTE and Wi-Fi 5. The rest of the connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0 etc.
