OPPO Reno 4 Pro MS Dhoni Edition Launched in India in Galactic Blue Colour option
Back in July this year when the Oppo has unleashed OPPO Reno 4 Pro in the Indian market. Now amidst the IPL 2020, the company has relaunched the Oppo Reno 4 Pro in India with a twist. It has been now a special edition inspired by the Mahendra Singh Dhoni who is a key player with million fans. The phone gets an additional colour option apart from the Starry Night and Silky White. The phone debut in India with Galactic Blue colour option while back panel features MS Dhoni signature. As per the specifications, the phone retains the same features as the regular OPPO Reno 4 Pro.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro MS Dhoni Edition Price and availability
The company has announced the phone with a similar price tag as the regular Reno 4 Pro. But this special edition is here with special offers, it includes ₹2,500 instant discounts for the SBI Credit/Debit cardholder. While the phone warranty has been extended an additional 7 months that translate to 19 months of warranty. Not only that, it has been offering no-cost EMI for up to 9 months. The first 500 customers will be reward with a special gift box. Apart from the offers, the phone is ready to be unleashed on September 24 at 12 noon IST exclusively on Flipkart. For the price, it will be selling for ₹34,990 (around $476) which includes only a single storage variant configured at 8GB+128GB.
Features and Specifications
At the upfront, the phone is built around an FHD+ resolution AMOLED display of size 6.5″ inch with a punch hole at the top left corner. Further, the screen has a 90Hz display followed by the 180Hz touch sampling rate. The screen has 1100nits of peak brightness of HDR while it protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a fingerprint scanner placed underneath the display. Beneath the punch hole, it has a 32MP selfie camera sensor highly optimized with AI capabilities.
Around the back, it has a rectangular-shaped camera module with an array of quad-camera sensors vertically aligned and an LED flash. The camera module consisting of a 48MP main camera IMX586 sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. The rear camera setup is capable of delivering pro-grade camera quality as well as studio finish professional looking. It can record 4K videos at 30FPS and Slow motion capture at 960FPS.
Under the hood, it has an octa-core system from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G SoC at the helm. That is configured in 2X Kyro 465 Gold CPU at 2.3GHz & 6X Kyro 465 Silver CPU at 1.8GHz fabricated in the 8nm process. Further, it bundled with Adreno 618 GPU and LPDDR4x RAM alongside the UFS 2.1 secondary storage support. The system on the phone runs on ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10. While it gets fuel from a 4000mAh battery that draws power through a 65W fast charging mechanism built on the SuperVOOC 2.0 technology.
