After being spotted on a few certification sites Samsung Galaxy A31 finally makes its way to the launch. The phone relatively higher in price than its successor Galaxy A30 and less powerful than Samsung Galaxy M31. Despite being less powerful, the phone still worth the price tag. The phone adds additional security via Samsung Knox and features an in-display fingerprint reader or scanner.

The phone has a 6.4″ inches super AMOLED FullHD+ display. The display contains an in-display fingerprint scanner on the bottom half while there is an infinity-u notch on the top. Beneath the notch, there you will find a 20MP front-facing camera sensor. While on the back, there is a Quad Camera setup. The camera setup contains a 48MP primary camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. The rest two of them are a 5MPn depth camera sensor and a 5MP macro camera sensor.
in terms of performance, the phone has a MediaTek Helio P65 octa-core processor. The processor consists of Arm’s 2X2.0GHz Cortex-A75 cores and 6X1.6GHz Cortex-A55 cores configuration. As far as the connectivity is concerned, the phone still uses 4G LTE connectivity rather than 5G and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Apart from the network connectivity, the includes other connectivity options including a Type-C port, 3.5mm Audio Jack, NFC, USB OTG, and others.

The phone is available globally including India. As far as the price goes, it’s relatively higher than the previous Galaxy A30. The 6GB+128GB variant cost ₹21,999 rupees. While the rest of the variants price is yet to reveal.
In terms of storage variant and color variant, the phone comes in 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB+128GB storage configuration further storage can be expanded via a MicroSD card up to 512GB. While the phone available in three color options to choose from Prism crush black, Prism crush blue, and Prism crush white.
