In the 5G budget smartphone segment, ZTE makes its presence with the announcement of ZTE Blade V2020 5G. The word “Blade” here does not mean sharp but thin bezels, the phone has maintained around 90.8% display. Going by the specifications it has mid-range offerings and tough competition to the Huawei and Realme in the most affordable 5G smartphone segment. The main focus of the phone is to offer a 5G in a budget-friendly manner while maintaining decent features. Let’s have an introduction to the phone.

ZTE Blade V2020 5G Features
The whole device is built around 162.7 x 76.3 x 8.8 (mm) dimensions while it weighs around 184g. At the upfront, the device is built around an FHD+ resolution LCD IPS display of size 6.53″ inch with a hole-punch at the top left corner. Underneath the hole-punch, there it has a 16MP selfie camera sensor. While around the back, it features a square-shaped camera module, an LED flashlight and the fingerprint scanner. The camera module combines a quad-camera setup of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and two auxiliary 2MP depth and macro sensors.
Under the hood, there it has an octa-core 5G equipped system from MediaTek Dimensity 800. That has been configured as 4X Cortex-A76 at 2.0GHz & 4X Cortex-A55 at 2.0GHz CPU cores fabricated in the 7nm processing. Further, it bundled with Mali-G57 MP4 GPU and 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage type. The system on the phone runs on Android 10 based OS while it has been fueled by 4000mAh battery.
For the connectivity, it has dual-SIM (nano) supported sub-6GHz 5G and Wi-Fi 5 connectivity. Whereas, the rest connectivity option including a USB Type-C 2.0 port, Smart PA amplifier, 3.5mm headphone jack, and other requires sensors including GPS, Gyro, e-compass.
Price, storage, availability
The has been introduced in China, that arrived in a single storage option configured as 6GB+128GB. As well as it offered in a single colour option the Gradient Blue. As per the price tag it has been offered for CNY 1399 (around ₹15,400) and will be available for purchase from October 25 across China.
