In the budget segment of the 5G race, OnePlus Nord emerged as the most anticipated smartphone all over the world. This is going to be the first budget smartphone from the company. The hype is already created even pre-orders also started in the UK. The phone was in the rumor for a long time. Which reveals almost all the details we need to know about the phone. When it comes to flagship-like performance everyone’s first choice is OnePlus, it ships smartphones with flagship SoC(s) at a reasonable price.

OnePlus Nord Features and Specs
Starting from the upfront, the phone is having an FHD+ FLUID AMOLED display of size 6.44″ inches with dual punch-cut outs. Besides, the screen has a 20:9 aspect ratio viewing experience with a 90Hz refresh rate. Further, it has 408ppi pixel density along with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. Beneath the punch-holes, there is a dual selfie camera unit, which having 32MP (Sony IMX616 F/2.45) sensor and an 8MP ultrawide camera sensor.
When it comes to the rear cameras, the phone has a quad-rear camera unit. The quad-camera unit consists of 48MP (Sony IMX586 F/1.75) main camera sensor with optical image stabilization and with electric image stabilization. An 8MP ultrawide camera sensor, a 5MP depth camera sensor, and a 2MP macro camera sensor.
Under the hood, it is the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G SoC resides in the system. The processor combines 1×2.4 GHz Kryo 475 Prime & 1×2.2 GHz Kryo 475 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 475 Silver cores in a 7nm process. Further, it couples with Adreno 620 GPU and with LPDDR4x RAM alongside UFS 2.1 secondary storage support. The phone runs on Android 10 with Oxygen OS 10 on top. The system is fueled by a 4115mAh battery along with 30W fast charging support.
In terms of connectivity, the chipset has full-fledged 5G networking capabilities. Apart from 5G connectivity, the phone has a USB Type-C connector, WiFi, Optical fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Linear motor vibration, and others.
Price, Variant, and Availability
From the CEO of the company Pete Lau, who confirmed that the price of the phone will be under $500 (roughly ₹37,500). According to leaks, the phone has two storage variants 8GB-128GB and 8GB-265GB storage configurations. While it offers three color options to choose from Blue Marvel, Grey Onyx, and Grey Ash.
The phone will be available for pre-orders on 15th July in India, while the launch date of the phone scheduled on July 21. Consumers can pre-order this phone on 15th July at Amazon India for INR 449. The company also offers a gift box for those who pre-order the phone. The gift box contains limited edition merchandise from the company. The exact price details to be unveiled on July 21, 2020.
