OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G Spotted on TENNA With Dimensity 1000+ SoC

Two of OPPO devices are in the rumour for quite some time, as the company working on Reno 5 series. Recently OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G and Reno 5 visits TENNA and GeekBench respectively revealing the key specs of the phone. The Reno 5 Pro 5G having Dimensity 1000+ SoC under the hood. While the Reno 5 has the Snapdragon 765G at its helm. Going by the Reno 5 Pro 5G almost everything surfaced we need to know about the phone. Though it is not confirmed, the phone has a similar kind of display technology used in the Vivo X50 Pro. Let’s have a birds-eye view of the phone.

 

OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G Specs

As per the TENNA listing the phone built around in 159.7×73.2×7.6 (mm) dimension and weighs around 173g. While at the upfront, it houses a 6.55″ inch FHD+ resolution AMOLED perforated hyperboloid display. Further, the display having 90Hz refresh rate support. For the selfies, it has a 32MP selfie snapper at the front, while at the rear it has a quad-camera setup. The rear camera setup built on a rectangular-shaped module with an LED flashlight built into it. Going by the specification it has a main sensor of 64MP, an 8MP ultrawide, and two 2MP auxiliary sensors.

Under the hood, it has an octa-core system from Dimensity 1000+ while running on Android 11 based OS. The system has a base frequency of 2.6GHz whereas it bundled with a max of 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. An 8GB+128GB storage option is also there as the base variant. The system has been fueled by a 4250mAh battery with 65W fast charging mechanism built into the phone.

This is it about the phone, almost everything leaked. Extensively we have to wait for a better render image of the phone to have a clear view. Anyway, the phone looks similar to its predecessor in future the company might re-consider changing the design. As it visits major certification authorities we could expect its launch in the coming months or early 2021.
