Realme X3 SuperZoom With Periscope lens, Snapdragon 855+ Launched

After being rumored for quite some time, Realme launched its flagship Smartphone Realme X3 SuperZoom along with Realme 6S in Europe. Though the phone has Snapdragon 855+, the major upgrade took place in the camera department, 120Hz display panel. The camera department adds a periscope type lens along with three more cameras.

Specs-wise the phone quite rich in features. The phone comes with a 6.6″ inches FullHD+ LCD display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass protection 5, and 480 nits of peak brightness. Besides, the screen supports 120Hz of refresh rate. And there you find a punch cutout on the top left corner on the screen.

Beneath the punch hole, there you will notice two-camera setup, the setup consists of a 32MP primary sensor and an 8MP wide-angle sensor at the front. While you will find a Quad camera setup at the rear. The Quad camera setup consists of 64MP main camera, an 8MP periscope lens which is combined with a hybrid optic lens capable of 5X optical zoom and 60X digital zoom, along with two more camera sensors which are an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor, and 2MP macro sensor.

Coming to the internals, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ octa-core processor. The processor includes 1×2.96GHz Kryo-485 core, responsible for handing intensive processing. While the rest of the seven cores are 3×2.42GHz Kryo-485 and 4×1.78GHz Kryo 485 combined in 7nm architecture. Further, the processor is coupled with Adreno 640 GPU along with a maximum of 12GB RAM(LPDDR4x) and 256GB of onboard storage(UFS 3.0). The phone runs on Realme UI on the top of Android 10, while 4,200mAh battery power the system. In the power system, you will find a 30W charging support as well as Liquid Cooling technology.

As far as the connectivities are concerned it includes USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0 GPS, Side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and others.

Price, Variant, and Availability

The phone gets a price tag of EUR 499 for the top variant 12GB + 265GB configuration. It is available in two color options to choose from Glacier Blue or Arctic White colors. Comparing the price of the phone to Indian price it calculates roughly around ₹41,000. While there is some information about launch the phone in the Indian market with aggressive price tags. The sale will begin on June 2 in Europe.
