Reports and leaks emerge as the Redmi K30S to make its debut in mainland China on October 27. However, the company Xiaomi did not respond to the leaked reports. The company allegedly confirmed the upcoming Redmi K30S to be a rebagged from the recently announced Xiaomi Mi 10T. In my point of view, the is not excited about the K30S as it will be rebagged from Mi 10T. Like the other tech giants, quietly unleashing those devices are least important to them. Redmi K30S Features
At the upfront, there the phone built around an FHD+ resolution LCD IPS display of size 6.67″ inch with a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner. Besides, the screen to have a 144Hz refresh rate that maintains a 20:9 aspect ratio viewing experience. Underneath the hole-punch, there it has a 20MP selfie camera sensor. While at the rear side, there it has a rectangular-shaped camera module bump with an LED flashlight built into it. It combines a set of triple-camera sensors of a 64MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor and a 5MP depth sensor.
Under the hood, there it has an octa-core system from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865. That further bundled with Adreno 650 GPU and LPDDR5 12GB RAM. The system runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 OS while it has been fueled by a 5000mAh battery. That draws power through a 33W fast charging mechanism built with the phone.
As per the connectivity, it has sub-6GHz based 5G and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. While the rest of the option including a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.2, 3.5mm audio jack, and other requires sensors including GPS, Gyro etc. For the biometric authentication, it has a fingerprint scanner on the right side of the phone built into the power button.
Price, storage, availability
The phone could be available only in China, as the other reports have no further info about the availability outside the country. As per the leaks, the phone could have a massive storage option to be configured as 12GB+512GB. While there will be no place for microSD expansions. While the phone will let you choose between two colour options Black and Silver. The only thing that is still under the warp is the price while it set to unleash in the market by October 27.
