Vivo V20 SE with 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 665 set to launch on Sept. 24
In the last week, Vivo was spotted with two model number in the NBTC certification authority in Indonesia. The process reveals the Vivo V2022 to debut Vivo V20 SE whereas the Vivo 2018 to debut Vivo V20 Pro. Today, the Malaysian branch of Vivo has lifted the curtain from the Vivo V20 SE. The launch date has been announced, which scheduled on September 24 this year. Besides, the company included the promotional page on the Malaysian official Vivo website. That reveals the key features of the phone like the camera capability etc. Additionally, a promotional poster has been around social media reveals the display type and the camera module around the back.

Vivo V20 SE Features and Specs (unofficial)
Upfront, there we have a waterdrop notch style display with an in-display biometric scanner placed at the bottom. While underneath the notch, there we have a 44MP selfie camera enhanced with AI capabilities. Around the back, there we have an array of triple camera sensor module vertically aligned with an LED flash. That consists of a 64MP main camera sensor while the two other remain under the warp.
Under the hood, there we have an octa-core system from Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC. The GeekBench listing confirms the same SoC under the code name “trinket”. The SoC configured at 4XKyro 260 Gold at 2.0GHz & 4XKyro 260 Silver at 1.8GHz CPU cores fabricated in the 11nm process. Besides, it bundled with Adreno 610 GPU while having 8GB LPDDR4x RAM. The system on the phone runs on FuntouchOS 10.5 based on the Android 10 OS. The fuel capacity i.e the battery is not known yet. However, it draws power through a 33W fast charging mechanism.
To be sure, the Snapdragon 665 does not support 5G networks. Hence it shipped with the 4G LTE module.
Availability
The vanilla Vivo V20 featured in the promotional poster alongside the V20 SE. The promo reveals the launch date and some of its key features along with the phone render. The launch has been scheduled on September 24 at 4 PM MYT this year. Whereas the company reportedly working on the V20 Pro variant the NBTC certification process confirms the existence of the Pro variant. The purchase availability is yet to be confirmed after the launch the phone.
