Nokia 8.3 5G Rolled out globally with Snapdragon 765G, 8GB+128GB

It’s been seven months since the HMD Global Nokia has announced Nokia 8.3 5G. Now, it has been rolled out globally, offers upper mid-tier premium quality with the Snapdragon 765G at the helm. The phone has made an appearance in the upcoming James Bond movie “No time to die”. While on a critical mission the phone has been used to exchange data by an agent. Nokia 8.3 5G Price and availability

The phone is available for pre-order on Amazon.com while it will be unleashed on October 26 this year. Almost a half year ago the phone has been announced, now available in the UK, USA and some certain markets. The phone has shipped in Nordic design, all glass body in the Polar Night colour option inspired by northern lights. Whereas, it offers two storage variants configured in 6GB+64GB and 8GB+128GB. While the 8GB+128GB model is available for pre-order for $699 (around ₹51,400) and the price for the base variant is EUR 499.99 (around ₹43,000).

Features and Specifications

Upfront, the phone is built around an FHD+ resolution IPS LCD display of size 6.81″ inch with a punch hole at the top left corner. Underneath the punch hole, there you have a 24MP selfie camera supported by Zeiss optics. Around the back, it has a circular-shaped camera module consisting of a quad-camera sensors and an LED flash. The quad-camera combines a 64MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth camera.

Under the hood, there it has an octa-core system from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G. The SoC at the helm configured in 1×2.4 GHz Kryo 475 Prime & 1×2.2 GHz Kryo 475 Gold & 6×1.8 GHz Kryo 475 Silver CPU cores fabricated in the 7nm process. Further, it bundled with Adreno 620 GPU and LPDDR4x RAM. The system on the phone runs on Android 10 with guranteed 2years of software upgrades and 3years of security update. The system fuled by a 4500mAh battery that draws power through a type-c port combined with 18W fast charging mechanism.

For the network connectivity, the phone has dual 5G SIM support and Wi-Fi 5. Whereas, the rest of the connectivity options included in the phone are a USB 2.0 Type-C port, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.1, USB OTG, Wi-Fi direct. Fingerprint scanner(side mounted) and required sensors including GPS, Gyro, etc.
